Just got very good quality earphone from Plantronics through Newegg. About $15 cheaper than their website price. They ship pretty fast as well..Took 3 days to Texas.
Very reliable for macromedia voice input as well as i use it for Skype call during trips. But heard it is good for video games as well - not a video game fan.

I have owned this headset for over a year and I am quite happy with it. I go to LANs all the time and it can take a beating being transported back and forth.

The earmuffs are very comfortable and the sound is good. They are not uber earmuffs, so you can still hear your teammates if you are in the same room. Overall, a very comfortable headset to wear for long periods of time.

Good quality mic and well designed. Only problem with it is the windscreen on the mic will eventually fall off and get lost. Minor impact to mic sound quality.

Nice deal on good headphones, way better than others I've purchased, and the Plantronics cost $15 less. . .I have them currently, very happy using them for gameplay, ventrillo & teamspeak, and even for music. . .good bass for headphones, well-constructed, too.

I'd buy again, especially for the price.

Oops, wanted to add. . .the wire isn't the thickest, heaviest one I've seen. I ran over it a couple times in my comp chair, and quickly took steps to avoid that in the future. I don't want to replace these. I love 'em! The mike on/off switch is nice, doesn't seem to cause a click when used ( my friends used to complain about my Logitechs mute switch), and the volume control works well with no static when being used.

Just don't repeatedly fold and unfold the boom mic, the wiring inside will break!!!

Otherwise this is a kick ass headset.

Sennheiser gets my vote also. They have been making some of the world's best audiophile and studio headphones for decades.I have 3 different sets and they are high quality all the way.

My first pair went bad after a couple of months. Plantranics support, had me ship the bad set, and they replaced it wiht a new set. Turnaround time was about 5days. Very good customer support from plantronics..
