What you mean is guaranteed or your money back, etc... They can't actually guarantee the product will be there in exactly x days 100% of the time. Sounds like OP is upset that they couldn't meet the later which is basically impossible.

Except with Priority, I don't think they guarantee anything.

Typically two to three days to most locations in the US (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service.

We'll at least shoot for 2-3 days. I guess. If we can.

What do you expect? It had to go through NJ and flooded areas. You can probably get a refund if you call. That's what the "guarantee" is. Sheesh.

While they obviously are not, it is their mistake for guaranteeing something they can't. What they should be doing is guaranteeing that it is shipped from their warehouse within 24 hours or something, and not guarantee the arrival date to the buyer. Once UPS has it, it's out of their control. A company should never guarantee something they can't control.

For example when I order something from there it normally takes 2-3 weeks because of how far I am. It's laughable to think they are guaranteeding 3 days to everyone when it's impossible.

Then again if I expected a package in 3 days and it arrived in 4, I'd be pretty happy just because it took less than a week. I'm used to waiting weeks for stuff, not days. Some people order stuff and immediately go check the door. lol
