doh, I thought the title was neweggmail... I was going to ask if they were planning on charging $20 delivery and tax on every email.

so I could care less.

how much less?

Newegg is dead to me until they provide to Canadians. Until then I have NCIX and a few other providers that get me great deals.

 Amen, brother.

 Agreed. Amazon gets my business until then..

It looks to me like another company licensed the Newegg name. I really doubt that it's the same company at all.

Maybe, I don't know for sure. I got the link from a newegg email. So maybe not. <shrug>

It's also linked in the rotating banner on NE's homepage. Even if it is some other company operating the name under license, NewEgg would have plenty of reason to promote it.

Personally I like competition. If newegg can tackle the market amazon is on, then thats good for everyone. Not to mention, newegg may be the only company not already in amazons market to stand a chance against them.

Probably should have seen this coming, seeing as they've been more or less expanding commercial offerings for years now. I mean, they offer everything from air conditioning units to video games.

I just hope they can provide the same quality service on their computer parts with this expansion.

Is it Newegg owned?

I wouldn't doubt for a minute that it's NE owned at that their entire plan is to start the portion of the business and sell it off the first person that offers a sizable chunk of change.
