K. So I got my taxes back and i decide to buy my boyfriend a new videocard for his computer. He picks a BFG Tech BFGR68256GSOC Geforce 6800GS 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card (whatever that means......dont ask cuz i dont know ANYTHING about computers). All is well. We opted for FedEx next day delivery. I got an email saying that FedEx next day was not available for our area (Bullhead City), and to email the guy back saying whick way we would like it shipped. So I opted for UPS next day. We ordered the thing on the 26th, it is now the 30th and still no video card. Is this normal for Newegg?
 
was it over a weekend? Did you give it time to be processed?

Generally my stuff was proccessed in a day, shipped out after 2 or so.

Ordering 2 day shipping =/ 2 day delivery.
Plus the fact that newegg has no control over UPS.

I used my debit card...I dont see why there would be a problem....I used it that same day to buy my sister a ring and it went through just fine.

I used my debit card...I dont see why there would be a problem....I used it that same day to buy my sister a ring and it went through just fine.

If you do something like make a typo in the expiration date, it wont go through properly. I've done this before.

Heh....well now you got me checking.....nope...expiration date is good.....so is the card number from what i can tell..

Thanks....Spendy but well worth it..I bought him Black And White 2, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, and Age Of Empires 3.....hopefully the graphics will be way better.

The egg's UPS shipping is a mess. I would contact customer service and ask what's going on. There are many people upset with this situation, me included. Three day UPS shipping for me is more like 6 or even 7.

Edit: If the addresses don't match, they are not going to ship. You should contact them.
 
Next day shipping does not mean from the time you submit your order to being delievered. Processing your order is not included in the "next day" time.
 
Email or give them a call. In my experience so far, it takes about a day to process, and a couple days for the item to get here (CA)

Likely your problem, call them up. It also could just be that they haven't done it yet b/c you ordered on a Saturday. I don't know how much gets done at the Egg on Sat/Sun.

I don't know if Newegg has changed its policy or not, but when I used my debit card with a different address than the one I currently had, Newegg would not sell me the product. I got the email later stating the fact. This was a few years ago.
