Newegg is my hook up for computer hardware. I am building a new computer and thats where i am getting my hardware from. I was at xoxide.com because it seem that newegg doesn't carry any Ultra products, is this true?
I AM LOOKING FOR A PWS THAT IS QUALTIY, ALSO IS BLACK, AND IF ANY LEDS ONLY RED.

That's certainly more important than say, quality and reliability.

well thats a good reason why newegg wouldn't carry it, thats for your help, infrogamer, anubis for the rest of you, its was just a question. GOD

I love how all of these people that are saying Ultra X-Connect power supplies are crap are people that actually own them or have used them. 😕

Why does your "hook up" HAVE TO BE Newegg? I mean... ZipZoomFly, for example, is often cheaper and has free 2-day shipping? Use a tool like FROOGLE.COM (which Newegg lists on) and even limit yourself to vendors with reviews if you so wish. You might find your "hook up" changing.

Personally, if I can't get my stuff wholesale, I use ZipZoomFly and eWiz. The only time I've ever used Newegg is when they have loss leaders. You know the ones. The items that say "limit one per customer."

CVS Pharmacy hates me for that. 😉 Every Sunday after the ad comes out, I only go in and buy the buy one get one free stuff that I need. 😀

You can get the X-Connect at Digitally Unique, Tiger, Xoxide and ZipZoomFly. I think ZipZoomFly is the lowest price. Use a tool like FROOGLE.COM when you're looking for stuff like that.
Cannot speak for everyone, but I am not questioning the product (although, personally I believe there are better choices available). The motive for purchasing said product seemed a little trivial, however.

Actually ActuaryTm, your criticism is quite contructive and mature. There are WAY more important factors to buying a power supply than color and LED's in the fans. I was directing my post towards the "Newegg doesn't sell crap, that's why" crowd.

I think this guy is a joke or a troll or something... I mean... I went to Newegg, searched for Power Supply and there's the Thermaltake W0022 on the first page. Black and with Red LED's. Not a great power supply, but not bad.

What is it you're looking for? Modular cables?

Well, if you get the Modstream and plan on putting a red LED in it, USE THE POWER SUPPLY FOR A WEEK OR TWO BEFORE YOU OPEN IT AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY!!!!

Sometimes PSU's have QC issues and they don't work "perfectly" right out of the box. Burn it in real good, because if you don't and you swap out that fan.. you're screwed.

Personally, I don't think Ultra even makes a PSU with red LED fans, do they?!?!

a bit of advice:

If you're new here (judging by your 70 count post I would assume you are new), making a thread and using horrible english/grammar will without a doubt, bring upon you lots and lots of flaming.

No one likes to read a non-sensible post that dribbles with incoherency mmm k?
