i'm not sure if this is allowed or in the right category, but...

1.does anyone know where i can get sales numbers seperated by date ie: 500sales in 2000, 600 sales in 2001, 800 sales in 2002... etc for Newegg and ZipZoomFly?

2. where can i find number of emplyee's hired by zipzoomfly or newegg?

I've already tried emailing them, they haven't gotten back to me with any figures

Unless they are publically traded companies on some stock exchange they aren't required to make any of that information available.

Most privately held companies choose to keep that information private.

This is from Anantech:
