I'd wait and see what happens to pricing once Thermi comes out fully. I got a HIS5850 for 264 no rebate last month at the egg. I fully expect prices to come down to at least MSRP again.

Non reference PCB = usually there is no way to control the voltage on it. As fasr as I know you can't overvolt vapor-x cards.
