The NEC DVD burner that I bought from them died in less than 8 months, and it was easy to request an RMA. A week after arriving, they offered to send a newer model as a replacement for the dead drive. 😀
Another week passes, and they don't ship the replacement drive. I call and ask what's up. I'm told that they'll ship it soon.
Another week passes, and I send an email to ask what's up again. I'm told that it'll ship soon and that I've been upgraded to FedEX 2Day.
Another week passes and I send an email to ask what's up. I'm told that it'll ship soon and that I've been upgraded to FedEX Next Day.
Another week passes and I send an email pointing out that it doesn't matter how much they upgrade the shipping if they never actually ship the drive.
The drive arrives the next day. I'm not sure if I should be mad or not.
