Newegg sucks.

So they finally "closed" Newegg Classic. (The New one sucks)

And now they ship UPS. (You can still select fedex.)

I will now be moving to lowest on pricewatch.
 
Classic was fine, why did they have to change it. It's a total pain in the ass to filter now, especially video cards.

More expensive to and fvck ups.

you pay for the name brand and for the safeness of ordering from them. Just like amazon, they got you with the low prices early on, then when they have your confidence and trust they can slowly but surely jack up the prices. Still, newegg has good prices in a lot of cases, and they seem to ship fast enough for me.
And mwave hasn't pwned anyone in quite a while. I used to be an mwave fan until I met newegg and haven't looked back.
 
Nothing wrong with offering UPS but if they switch to only UPS, I will not be ordering from them. UPS ground is so much slower than Fedex saver and they suck at packaging handling more so than any other shipper IMHO.

Thanks for the link, I'ma try these guys out. Since NewEgg absolutely rapes me for shipping (UPS is even more ungodly), I've been trying other places like Geeks and SVC.
 
I'll go with whoever has a better deal. If it's newegg then I'll go buy from them. If not then I won't. I couldn't care less about how their website looks.
 
I like the new design, they still have good prices, and I still see FedEx Saver Shipping listed as the primary shipping method for every product.

Mwave used to be a best website in early 1989 or 1999, after I found Newegg.com, & other websites, I never return back to Mwave again.

Good luck finding a place with as good of service as NewEgg. If you ever have any problems with the transaction or if the product is DOA, their customer service is top notch and they have a great RMA.
