I've had an account with them for 5 years, have spent nearly $15000 with them, and this has never happened to me once.

A product review is for the product... I don't see why you're complaining about them removing a shipping complaint (for example) from a product review. I could see you complaining about shipping if it related to how the object was packaged (from the factory) though.

And if i tried calling and shipping a product back 3 times then on the 4th told to bad its past the retrun date. damn right i would be bitching everywhere that might help.

probably not. But i have ordered enough from newegg and have tried to deal with the CSR that some of them are idiots.

last time i spent to much time asking her to repeat herself. you could not understand her at all. called back and got one i could understand and he refused to do anythin (i had purchased a DOA mem. decided to get more expensive better quality mem and they charged me $15 stocking fee) for me. even though the item was DOA (think it was the 2nd set of mem i sent back at that point).

while neweggs costumer service is great. calling them and getting some indian guy that bearly speaks clear english is annoying.

Ok guys, I promised to get back with updates so here I am, sorry for the delay. Well... I called the Newegg rep who posted earlier in this thread and left him couple of messages with my name, Order # and blah blah... never got a call back from him... I did not email him though, never got a chance.
On the other hand the Creative ppl were extremely friendly and helpful and precise. The issue was resolved in about a 10 min phone call, (which included giving them my CC # which was not charged coz my case was not Support but a replacement... ). Anyways after about 10 days I received a brand new sh1t, a newer model!! WITH AN EXTRA BATTARY PACK!!! and a note that read "now enjoy 4 extra hours of playback. I was sold!!!

So thats the end of this story. Again I have great respect for Newegg, I still feel that they are better than any other etailers in many aspects. But my experience has been below satisfactory and now I will not go for all their +ve points but treat them just like any other etailer who don?t stand behind their sales...

I've placed many orders over the years. I have RMA'd 3-4 things. Never had an issue.

never, EVER a single problem with anything.
CSR online chat is great, Phone works great too.
I rarely shop anywhere else ever.

because to many get a hardon over newegg.

the OP did nothing wrong. he even tried to work with neweggsupport and he blew him off.

now he is back saying call us. WTF he tried and you blew him off.

Too bad Newegg is becoming like a "corporation". They've branched out pretty big including TVs and Wireless Plans. Ads are everywhere.

Their warehouse locations are smartly planned for fast shipping!

Even with all the screwups they are still the best around. just not as good as they were.

I had an issue a while back that took the Newegg Support guy to clean up the issue. On the other hand, Creative has been VERY good to me over the years, thats why I will continue to buy their products.
