Newegg Slow for anybody else?

i ordered a hdd they had in stock (and still show in stock) on 04/19/08 and it is still @ step 1. wtf? anybody else having this issue?

Same here. Ordered printer toner on 4/18. Still at Step 1. Cancelled yesterday and went to Fry's.

I find emailing or calling Newegg support usually results in it getting fixed with a credit or free shipping if it wasn't already. Hasn't happened to me in ages, but it did happen.

Quite the opposite for me. Ordered this little capture card on the 24th, and its in my town now the 25th. Maybe by my door but I'm not sure how late they deliver since its 5:30. Thats California to Ohio. :Q. Must have been on a plane because it went from CA to Ontario, Canada. Then Kentucky. When I bought it, I just picked the cheapest UPS shipping whatever it was.

weird, i called them up and they said my cc didn't work (this card has maybe $20 on it and has a ~$15K limit), so i called up my cc company, the balance was like $20 like i thought, so i ordered another hdd and it has already shipped??? on the same cc. who knows, maybe i put in the wrong 3 digit number from the back of the card, but what gets me is that they never sent a email....

So it wasn't shipped from the Tennessee warehouse?

That "Ontario, CA" is Ontario, California and not Ontario, Canada. Ontario is East of the greater LA area, near where I-15 intersects I-10. The Ontario airport is around the 3rd largest (or so) in the LA area.
