I placed my first order ever with Newegg tonight, 9 pm PST. Now I opted for next day UPS shipping. My assumption is the order will not be processed till tomorrow WED, so I probably will not receive anything until Thrusday at the earliest. Does this sound right?
 
Why did you opt for overnight. As you live in California. It will ship from CA.

Northeast/ New England orders are followed by the NJ warehouse sometimes the TN warehouse too

But anything midwest to east is NJ and TN warehouse territory.

I just now noticed that they are in Whittier, only 2 hrs from me. Oh well, live and learn. I really wanted my 2 new 300 gb HDDS and 2 GB OCZ memory, must be patient now.

I believe thats their office. THeir warehouse should be in City of Industry or their scans I guess. Just cancel and reorder haha
 
Yeah, OP. Waiting for something you've ordered is so hard sometimes...LOL.

I usually keep checking the tracking info. (I get impatient at times).

I live two hours away, so after round trip way too expensive for gas.
