I was wondering if anyone has gotten their newegg shipments faster than scheduled? I've heard miraculous stories of 2-day shipments... can anyone verify this. I'm just anxious to get all my stuff...
 
Depends on how nice Fedex is being. I used to get 3-day stuff almost always in 2 days but Fedex started sitting on the packages until the delivery date a while back because people were assuming they would get their stuff in 2-days and less people were paying for the faster service. Don't know what mode they are in these days.
 
Newegg uses express saver which takes 1-2 days to arrive. If I order on Monday morning, I usually get it by Wednesday or Thursday in Michigan.
 
I live in Indiana, FWIW, and have ordered from Newegg twice (planning to order again soon because I need more stuff for my computers). The first time, the local FedEx place got it a day early, but held it because it wasn't "due" yet. The next time, they got it a day early, and so did I. BTW, both of those times were with the 5 day express saver shipping, or whatever it's called.
 
my order is under express saver...i'm in Nebraska, it was sent today...so maybe saturday if i 'm lucky.

But what did your fedex tracking say ? 2 days? or longer?

u wont get it on saturday :/ maybe monday or tuesday if they just shiped today. Always like 3 days for me.

If you are in CA and order it before noon, you'll probably get it the next day. ALL of my orders, I always get the next day🙂.
 
There shipping is always fast, I live half way across the county and they usuallly get it here in three days or so. This last shipment ended up in Illinois but that was Fedex's fault.

just ordered a motherboard on tuesday AFTER 5 pm. arrived here in atlanta on thursday BEFORE 4 pm. fedex express saver shipping.

I live in MA. It usually takes about 4 days for my stuff to come in using the Express Saver service they offer. Depending on when I placed the order and when it was processed, sometimes it would be sooner, sometimes later. Not a big deal since most of the time it's free shipping.
 
every package that i get from newegg takes only 2 business days in transit. There was one exception to this. a fedex guy was running late one day and my package was on his truck, but he noticed that the package wasn't due for another day so he just took it back to the distribution center to be taken out again the next day... btw i live in canton, ohio but the same goes for the packages that arrive to me in cleveland as well...

i live all the way on the opposite coast- in ATL, GA and it usually takes only two days although it is usually scheduled for three
 
damn, looks like my two packages are already in Indianapolis..too bad they couldn't have parachuted them in while they flew over nebraska...but I'm impressed -

CA to Indianapolis in 15hours... ::crosses fingers for saturday delivery::

 
You never know with shipping, Newegg always does a good job but as the preceding post pointed out, the rest is up to the shipper. In PA me and my friends get stuff in 2-3 business days.

I'm all the way across the country in Northern VA, but I get most Newegg shipments in 2 business days (order Monday, receive by Wed) using the standard Express Saver. I've probably placed a dozen or so orders with them, and only one or two took the full 3 days. I'm in the DC hub, so that'sprobably swhy I get stuff so quickly, only 2 hops from there to here (LA to Indiana to Dulles).
 
I've ordered from Newegg only once, and was very pleased. I ordered on a Friday, it shipped on Monday, and I got it on Friday. I live all the way across the country in Northern Delaware (30 minutes from Philly). That was with the cheapest shipping (FedEx Express Saver I think), and without the rush delivery (a $3.00 option that makes the order ship faster). I'm pleased!

they dont deliever on saturday's.....(it states that some where) ....your only hope is monday.........been there......i had a pakage sitting at the fedex place on a saturday......they would;nt let me get it.....had to wait for monday.......
