Over the last 6 months I've placed at least 2 dozen orders from Newegg without one single problem. (to be fair no Amazon issues either)
Historically out of hundreds of orders placed I can count total problems with Newegg on ONE hand and ALL were fairly low-effort to resolve aside from one. (and that one was pre-buyout)
In fact I get my items in 2-3 days maximum (from NJ) most of the time.
