How do you know this? Did you report it to newegg headquarters?
I knew this because I tracked it online, and I saw the arrival time at my local UPS distribution center way ahead of time. However, it didn't get marked as "out for delivery" until another day, even though it was at the distribution center in plenty of time to be put on a truck the second day.
As for reporting it, of course I'm not going to, since they did indeed say 3 days, and I got it in that 3 day period. However, just because they
can hold it an extra day doesn't mean that I think they
should. Like I mentioned, they were able to handle delivering it early in NYC, a much larger area, so I would like to think that the Chicago center could do it just as well.
Either way, I wouldn't be as upset if not for the fact that, as I mentioned, the Chicago UPS center has badly dented almost every box I've had sent to me.
