what? are you only "allowed" to buy computer parts with tax refund money?
because if you are inplying thats the only way you would have enough funds to buy this I dont think a fancy new motherboard is even something you should be looking around for. sorry.
 
i7 does triple channel. Even though its DDR3, its still 775 so only dual channel. At least that's what I think you are referring to.
