This is the price where it is a great buy. The games make it a hot deal.

I have seen people getting 4.6-4.7GHz on these with $30 air cooling. TechPowerUp has shown for most GPUs, PCIe 3.0 doesn't cost performance; it's margin of error. Paired with a 6600/XT or RTX 2060, you have a potent budget gamer. Also, PCIe 3.0 x4 is going to be able to stream games more than acceptably, for years to come.

Versus the Ryzen 3600, I think it is the winner at this price. I have used a couple of Cezanne now, and they both easily hit 4.7GHz or higher with no effort. The stronger IPC and higher clocks more than make up for smaller L3 cache.

FYI: Best Buy has it with the game bundle for $99 too. For those getting spooked by the latest Newegg shenanigans.

I don't want to sidetrack your hot deal. Guy got weights instead of a 4090. Newegg was spicy with him until it went viral. Many are using it as yet another reason to boycott Newegg. Hence, providing an alternative for those that won't do biz with da egg.

I saw this deal at BestBuy and that is an excellent price for a budget gaming CPU. Highly recommended!
