I RMAd a PSU two weeks ago to Newegg. Shipped from east coast for $6.18 or something using FedEx ground.

thats cool, thanks.

Umm...it stopped making the noise, so i think unless it starts again, i will not RMA it. What if it stops, then starts later on? If i requested an RMA, but it becomes void after 14 days, can i re request one? THanks

Product Return Procedure
To return a product based upon Newegg.com's replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please click here to acquire an RMA number. All RMA must be filed online. Newegg.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Newegg.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

I believe I saw in hot deals where you can ship through usps for a flat rate of $7.50 up to 70 lbs ;)

true but 15 percent restocking fee is not total satisfaction IMHO.
This pisses me off, the fault is not always with the customer... what if they really sent bad products.
so you pay both ways to ship to you and to ship back to them. its like a scam we are being used to promote their sales and pay out of our pocket.

looks like they keep every profit and not even help us cover it when its their fault.
if I dont really need anything that bad, newegg can go suck on a cows nipple.
What happen to the 100 percent money back guaranteed? the american ways.
They make too much money already, there's no reason to BS us like that.

How do you know they make too much money? Since when is a 100% money-back guarantee the 'American way'? The 'American way' seems to be that 'I'm right and you're wrong, no matter what, and I need stuff FREE because..because!"

The RMA's I've done to Newegg have been flawless -- and on the one non-defective product return I've done, THEY WAIVED THE RESTOCKING FEE. Stop complaining.
