Newegg RMA quick help

Hey, im about to do a newegg RMA, ive never done one, ive never even sent out a package before, so im just asking for some quick help from people that have done this before. I purchased & printed a UPS Shipping Label and will put it on the box. Newegg did send me a "included shipping label" but it looks like this:

the one that i purchased from newegg looked like a real one so i'll use that I guess. Then I pack the video card into another box with a good amount of padding, and drop it off at the UPS store right? I will make sure to include all the papers that newegg stated to put in the box. IS there anything i'm missing out of this process?



 
oh yeah, ill do that, even though its on the shipping label.

is it ok if I just use some newspapers to pack everything?
 
alright, i brought it to the ups store, they changed me 10 bucks for packing it for me, then the 7.68 bucks for the shipping label. Will I get the shipping cost returned to me from newegg at least?
