I just had an item go bad and didn't want to wait for the RMA process, so I emailed them and asked them about a cross-ship RMA. They responded by telling me to apply for an RMA# online and then order the replacement item. Once you have the RMA# and the new sales order number you can email them with that information and they will refund the restocking fee and you won't have to wait for the RMA item to come back. Just shoot them off an email and they will fix you up....
