I bought a Router and Notebook Card combo off of NewEgg a couple of weeks ago . . . they came in the same box . . .

it turns out that the ports on the router are not working but the notebook pcmcia card works perfectly . . .

would i need to sent the pcmcia card back too, or just the router?

i emailed them, but i wont get an answer for a couple of days

for all its worth, i HAVE a pcmcia card (11mbps instead of 108) . . . i could always use that for about a week or so (so i dont miss ATOT :p)

would it just be better to pack both?

edit: plus i dont think shipping will take too long . . . im in pasadena and theyre in la puente . . . maybe 30 miles?

just for kicks, try setting the modem speed on the router from 100mbps to 10mbps. my d-link didn't work out of the box because this setting was at 100mbps by default.

you should ask newegg, not us. they usually have good service for this kind of thing.
