Newegg return policy question

I ordered a 3200 winchester processor the other day, and decided i might as well jsut pay 60 more dollars for a 3500 so my question is...If i dont even touch the package when i get sent the processor...will they still charge me the restocking fee? I mean I'm going to call tomm first thing and let them know, as it stiill says it hasnt even been shipped yet. If show them ive ordered the 3500 processor, do you think they will waive the 15% restocking fee as i havent even touched the processor?

If they havent shipped yet, then just call and ask them to cancel. If its packed or shipped then refuse the package and they refund the full amount.

Yes, if refused they automatically create an RMA for the package without the restocking fee.

"If the shipment is "returned to shipper", Newegg.com will receive the packages back and then credit the customer in full, including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. "

If you can cancel your first order (assuming it hasnt shipped) that would be best as they arent going to restock if you cancel. If its already shipped then refusing is your next option. It will take a few days for the credit to appear back on your card either way.
