I ordered a Gainward GeForce 4 TI4200 64MB Golden Sample about a week ago. I recieve it today and open it and guess what? I got an MX460. WTF? It lists the right part on the invoice and packing list, but they sent the wrong card. I had to order another card, and get an RMA for this one in order to receive it before x-mas. So now 300$ on the credit card and I'm still worried that there gonna send the wrong one again. I've had so many flawless orders with them in the past, but when I need something most they screw up. Just my luck.

Ahhh even NewEgg isn't Invincible Boris. Sucks they messed up on that order, but from Reseller Ratings, they have made alot of people here happy. I wouldn't stop buying from them because of one mistake.
Had the same thing happen to me except i ordered refurb/recondition Enermax powersupply and got an Antec, and it didn't work. They were going to send me a generic clone powersupply for a replacement, lucky i caught it on their order summary. I had to talk to CSR rep and ended up the getting the right one and it was brand new retail one. Its was a lot of hassle, but they do take care of it.
Ehh they will get it right. They were so nice to me in the past, letting me RMA like 3 different parts (over a period of like a month) because of my error in diagnosing a problem with my computer.

Hey, shut up... Canada is a real country. It's a shame Newegg doesn't ship here, they're missing out on a lot of business. :disgust:
The Shipping Gods are against us today. I ordered a Computer Case from another site. Before I ordered, I specifically asked if the color was White and not Beige. I was told it was White so I went ahead with the order. Today I open the box from FedEx and what do you know, the case is Beige. I call and complain and I'm still waiting for an RMA number. They won't even refund my original shipping which I think is ludicrous. THEY send me the wrong item, so I have to be penalized? There isn't a fine line between White and Beige. Eggshell and Pearl yes, but Beige is totally darker. If you saw the case, you'd say it was Beige in a heartbeat and not White. I was so excitied too because the image on their site was almost snow White. It just boils my blood that I even asked them if it was white. I'll wind up paying more in shipping charges than the cost of the case because their salespeople are colorblind.
Once the case is in the mail on its way back, I'll be disputing the charge. I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake...

I ordered a power supply from them Friday and like 1/2 hour later it went out of stock. They charged my card and stuff and then Monday I called and they said it was shipping that day. I then called tuesday when it was still on prep stage and they reasurred me that it was shipping that day. Then this morning I got an email saying it was out of stock and my order was cancelled so I had to order a different one. :|
