I ordered a part monday morning, billing address home, shipping to dorm. stupid me didn't add the shipping address to the credit card authorized address list, so they didn't ship it. I added it yesterday, and i called them today and told them i really needed it this week. free overnight shipping for me w00t w00t w00t 😀 😀 😀

Btw, it was an AMD Athlon XP 2000+. 😛

WOOT! A few weeks ago I bought a 80 gig Maxtor on a Monday. i paid for Express saver shipping. I get home Tuesday afternoon and there she sits!

I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from them:

2 x retail AMD Athlon XP 1800+
2 x retail AMD Athlon (TBird) 1200
1 x Matrox G450 Dualhead
1 x 64 MB GF2 Pro
1 x Plextor 24x10x40
1 x 40 GB Seagate Barracuda IV

Never had a problem with them.

Viper GTS

They're ok to me, just their RMA process is waaaaaaaaay too slow. I mean, a total of 2weeks+ for a replacement to be sent and arrive even thought the replacement is in stock.

Thats nice. But I ordered an oem hard drive Sat night, got it Wednesday Fedex'd. Which was fine. But the package came in a tiny little cardboard box, all mashed up on the sides so its no loger a cube, but more like a trapezoid; and inside was one measly layer of bubble wrap covering the drive, and the bubbles on one end were all popped. The ends of the drive wasn't covered either.

I was very worried; so I ran diagnostics on the drive. So far so good, but they should have packaged it better.
