Newegg no longer lists @ pricewatch?

The last week or so I've noticed Newegg hasn't shown up anywhere on pricewatch. Anybody else notice this?

Like Buy.com, Amazon, Tigerdirect, CDW, et. al., maybe they see themselves too big for pricewatch now?

That would be too bad because pricewatch has always been the first place I check to find the best prices on tech purchases, and if Newegg stopped listing there it just wouldn't be the same. IMO, Newegg is the watermark from which all price competitive online tech retailers should be judged.

Usually a short trip to resellerratings after pricewatrch means i'd be wasting time going somewhere besides newegg.
Their prices are good, while not the best, but at least I know I'll get what I order in a quick way.

why don't you just go to pricewatch to search for the lowest price, combine the result with reselerratings, and choose your winner from that.

and *then* compare the price with newegg, because you already know how newegg is in terms of service and reliability.

easy, isn't it?

There were a few occasions, a while back, that I saw Newegg prices listed on Pricewatch that were a lot cheaper than anything else. When I tried to purchase, I found that they were outdated sale prices and no longer valid. Newegg told me that pricewatch doesn't update their prices often enough.

Perhaps they got sick of it, and stopped listing there.

I used to use pricewatch. I seldom bought from the cheapest vendor, I'd see what was lowest and then buy from newegg if it was a few bux more because I know they will provide pretty good customer service.

Because I'm not going to order from a company with a feedback rating of 3 to save $8. That's my point.

I'll just call eveyone here cheap again. I go with reliablity and service over the best price. I trust newegg.com over most of the random ass crap that shows up on pricewatch.

Pricewatch needs to stop letting a$$holes advertise products they do not even have. There is no reason there should be pages of listings when only 1 or 2 stores have the actual product. For the x800xt and 6800u there are about 30 listings, and only one actually goes to a product someone has.
