Lots 'o builds gonna happen after the 22nd. My best friend, my brother-in-law, and myself were waiting for these price cuts. All three of us are building new systems next weekend.
Yes. There will be beer. ;)

Well, sadly, I'm not going to build after the 22nd. Although I'd like to, I have three AP tests coming up next month, which is fairly soon. Also, AMD/ATI's cards will be released most likely after the AP test!

So...

After the AP test, no more stress! Then I can finally enjoy a new computer!

Anyone any good memory to pair with this I was about to order CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145590 , but in the last 5 minutes its gone OOS. Anyone know any good alternative, I'll be pairing it with a e6600 (of course), ds3, 8800gts. Mostly gaming and development. No plans to overclock right away. If XMS2 is about the best value, then I'll order it from ZZF I guess.
Thanks.

As good of a deal as this is, I'm still waiting for my E6420. It should overclock just as well as an E6600, and at $40 less too.

Oh and to the guy above posting about ram (despite posting in the wrong section): for the same price as that Corsair kit that does 5-5-5-12 timings, you can get a kit of G.skill that has excellent reviews and does 4-4-3-5 timings.

..I hear the stock heatsink has crappy retainers. Any thoughts on a better heatsink for the e66oo??

ZZF has the E6700 down to $340 already (compared w/ Newegg stil at $485 I believe). Can't wait till they are all the way down to the 4/22 price.

Newegg Has the same game for free, not to mention a whopping 1.1% off for using my newegg account. I must say though the account does allow for upgraded shipping and free "rush processing".

So when NewEgg finally drops their product prices to match, they'll actually be a more attractive deal. I hope that happens tomorrow!! :)

MWave and ZZF have both been reputable e-tailers like NewEgg for a number of years. NewEgg has a better return policy on some items, though that's not really related to your question about reputability.
