Newegg has SIS 645 Boards!

<< Wouldn't P4X266 out perform Sis 645? >>

At DDR266 they are about equal. AT DDR333, well, the P4X266 doesn't really support that...

But I'm still _NOT_ buying ECS crap.

"Wouldn't P4X266 out perform Sis 645?"

Not by any stretch of your imagination 😀

SiS 645 natively supports PC2700 (DDR333), which P4X266 does not.

Smooth. Any benchs out there?

Check the OCWorkbench review. FYI, the MSI 645 Ultra should be floating around out there soon. If previous pricing patterns hold, I'd expect the MSI to cost ~$30-40 more than the ECS.
