I ordered one a few minutes ago.
I'm in allocation waiting for my 3.2 that I ordered.
It's going in my Water Rig ... :)

It''ll arrive Monday...
I'll post results here and on my water cooling page.

Are retail prescotts out yet, or when can we expect them? I am going to sell my 2.6c@3.27 ghz and get a prescott to play around with.

well i had hopes that they would start to funnel into stores last week
but it looks like intel wants to rework the core some more and maybe hold off on the retail ones, if this is the case we may not see many if any retail prescotts till next month

i want retail for the warranty, not the overclockability or possible lack thereof.

outpost.com has 2.8e retail boxed for $170
Yeah, but will they guarantee it'll arrive with bent pins? :p

Hopefully a retail boxed chip wouldn't suffer the same fate as the 2.53GHZ OEM B chips that were such awesome overclockers.

I got my retail 2.8E from Fry's yesterday for $199. It is at 3.4 with default voltage. Temps are at 70c under full load.
