For weeks all I get is error code 2 when trying to click a link to newegg. I hear from people that they are banning people by IP addresses for whatever reason.

Anybody else get error code 2?

All browsers get the same error 2, so it's not cache or cookies.

The cookies and cache get cleared every time I close the browser.

They must like me better. I ordered some parts at lunch time and the site is still working for me now.

For weeks and have numerous correspondences with them. I still feel they are blocking ips that spend too much time looking at open box deals and those that ping the servers too much. A no fly list if you will.

I have a theory that Firefox LiveMarks were set too low. I changed the refresh rate up to the default 3600 ( 1 hour ) and will change IP address and see if that fixes the error 2 problem.

I didn't change anything, but newegg allowed me access. Now I just can't add anything to my cart. This has happened before too. All I get is:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

I don't think it has anything to do with firefox because I have the same issues with other pcs using a different os and my iphone. It is either related to my IP, router or modem. Im going with ip. I think they are trying to find a way to stop people from clearing the open box items just to resell on ebay. Which I applaud, but it sucks to be lumped in with the wrong crowd.
