Well, I was going to order a few things from them, but I guess I'll go someplace else. Too bad for Newegg.

I wouldn't be too shocked if someone was trying to extort them. In this case though the IP address is definately different, so they're moving or something. I know that Hurricne Electric down in SoCal(Freemont area, I think) has been moving people from their 66. range to their 38. range, so it's possible this was Newegg's turn, considering the IPs match up.

I think most people just care if their orders are being processed on time.

My God, it is just a computer store and they are having a one day issue with their web page. What is so damn important? Some of you guys act like trekkies on a lifelong mission to Roswell.

Ask the mods, they can see what email address it was registered with. If it's a Newegg.com address, then it would be valid.

LOL, nope, my note would suggest the contrary. My point is why the panic? Give them some time to fix the problem. People swear about how well Newegg treats them, but the moment that Newegg has a problem, we have people here saying, oh well I will take my business elsewhere, because I cannot give a good store a break.

Fine guys, take your ball and go home, lol.
