There's a clear disconnect between various NE staff setting prices, and I expect may of us have noticed this before. Every company has places needing policy/staff improvement, and NE's no different; it's preposterous to call this"unethical". I keep seeing NE products on special sales with lower prices than the same product as an Open Box or Refurbished. "Hey, yeah! I'd like to pay more for a box missing pieces or possibly damaged!" They're too big to be perfect... think of the number of products -- the kilo-pages of web content -- they're juggling with price specials and price-changes.
