Is op a troll?

Well, newegg doesn't list a phone number in the contacts list when you click their contacts link. Instead, when you click on the "call us" link you get a "chat with us or email us instead" dialog. Although, a google search easily reveals their ph#.

if you have to call newegg...it's probably not long before you have to make a second call to your credit card issuer :D

Im on my phone, i googled newegg phone number and the top results was a bunch of 3rd party garbage.

Whats most hilarious is none of you actually posted the number. Thanks.

Yeah i finally clicked on it. What is with these 3rd party websites being the top results?

Gethuman, contacthelp etc... so sketchy, i dont even like clicking on them.

I also find it reprehensible Newegg doesnt have a phone number on the front page.

Newegg, like Amazon, is easy to reach by email. They respond quickly too. It's the digital age after all. Every situation that I've ever had with newegg has been resolved within 15 hours via email.

lol...you think refunds are instant? Your credit card company takes a few days anyway. I'm also not going to come home and call them and then rush over to the shipping company to get something out the door that day. That rat race is for suckers.

I'll sit at home, type my concern. Get a response that resolves it and take it from there. I never buy time sensitive products from online retailers anyway unless they can cross ship overnight which newegg doesn't do. If minutes are that imperative, I'll buy locally and spend a little more for the convenience.

I still dont want to wait half a day for a response. I may not like their response or have another question and then i have to wait again? no thank you. I can call and be done it with in few minutes and have the rma able ready to print when I hang up. plus there have been times when I had to talk my way out of restocking fee or some other issue that can be taken care much easier and faster over the phone.

I still don't get why we're reading about this here. It isn't on-topic for a video card subforum, and then I get the impression that the OP was upset that we didn't produce a phone number for him. Really? Come on. We're not newegg customer service. We're not here to serve your every whim. (if I have the wrong impression here, apologies)

And then to read about credit card drama and "i'll call them when I please". Ugh. STOP THE MADNESS

Never had to deal with restocking fees so I dunno about that. All my stuff has been simple and nothing out of the ordinary. Probably why I am content with online communications.
