The 60GB version is $44.99 with a $10 MIR too. Not bad at all.

Wish I could get a reliable benchmark on the 60GB vs a Vertex 2 60G mine are getting even flakier than they already were and I don't want to see them both die at the same time. Mirroring isn't about to defeat that failure mode.

There's a benchmark of the 120GB Force LS in the Newegg reviews for it.

It appears that these drives are fairly slow. My 30GB OCZ Agility (Barefoot) drive, scores as high or higher than that person's 120GB Corsair Force LS.

Reviews of the 120gb LS series show some speed problems, DOA, and rebate rejection.

Considering a highly regarded crucial 240gb was just selling for $90.- without any rebate hassles I'd say this is a tepid deal.
