I swear these guys rip you off. I am 3 weeks now and still don't have replacement for my Antec 350W Power supply.

I ordered an Antec 350SL from these clowns. $45 + $6 s/h.
Great price now I know why.
First unit DOA and looked opened, tape with cardboard stuck to it keeping package inside shut.
Returned they pd return cost
Next unit I got today.
Lead to Motherboard actually stuck inside the unit itself! It came out went back in and I could see connector inside with no way to get it out. Package-shrink wrap on outside of box half ripped off and it felt like rewrapped.
They are paying return shipping.

Basically 3 weeks and still no PSU.
Out $6 for original S/H.

Now ordered from buy.com for $51 + $8 S/H. At least buy.com is cool!

Never again am I ordering from newegg.com....be warned.

I've been buying from them for years. They have always been very easy to deal with, returns-no questions asked.

maybe you bought the OEM.

That shouldn't make any difference.

I've heard other people talking of this too. However, all my experiences with them have been great!

Humm, they might be slipping. I remember that buy.com used to have great prices and fast shipping, but they changed quite a while ago.

When I said I believe they were shipping me used/returned/defective products, I got no argument or statement from rep indicating otherwise. Right away he offered a refund w/o asking if I wanted to try a 3rd time. Like I always say, you get what you pay for.

Well, they are good... Prices arn't as low as they use to be... It only takes one time for them to send you a defective part and you start looking for some place else to buy.

I made a mistake and bought ram from them. When I got it I could hear something like sand sliding around in the case. It was a small resistor that had fallen off. No Big deal I thought. I didn't even open the ram up. So I tell them the story....

Then they tell me the return story...

YOU.... PAY to send the thing back (plus insurance)... Then when ever they get your item and get around to processing your RMA... They send the defective unit back to in this case kingston.... Then Whenever kingston gets the ram they test it and send mail it back to NewEgg... Then when ever new egg has time to get it ready they ship it back to you....

Hence... Lets see. You mail it back 3-4 days... then your part sits on the dock/desk waiting for them to look at the part(up to 1 week) then they send the part to the company (up to 3-4 days)... Company get's it and tests it. Up to another week... back to new egg another week... then ship it back to you.

BS.... SAD SAD SAD CS.

Here is how it's suppose to go! Oh, we shipped you out a bad ram? Well, we will ship you out another stick along with a prepaid box to put the defective unit in.

You've been Doubly Warned....
