Glad to hear things worked out for you. I also deal with NewEgg whenever possible for the exact same reason.

I'm not surprised XFX rebaits suck, their support options on their site suck in general, but I've yet to have a card of theirs fail on me.

True. I've got two XFX cards myself and they're both still going, one has the living crap overclocked out of it too.
