Heres an opportunity for someone to make some money..

If you order 250 pack of Nvidia stickers, the cost is $under $0.05 each.

I'm willing to pay $1 for 2 sticker mailed to me. I'm sure many others will too.

If you sell ~20, you'll break even. The risk is very very low.

Thats $70 of profit if you sell them all.

Any takers? The only bad part is the labor involved in ordering the stickers, and collecting over 100 paypal payments, and mailing them out.

I'd do it if enough people were to commit to buying one from me. 🙂

Anyone know any good places to get custom ones done? I wanna make my own case badges for my upstart 🙂

<< Someone order this and scan it for us 🙂 >>

haha. might as well click "See It!" on newegg.com and print one out on glossy sticker paper. 😉
>>

Good idea! Just print this guy at 55%, and save yourself $6.99.

The 250 pack and the 0.99 cent version of nvidia logos are different right? I think the .99 cent one is a bubble sticker.

ever try shipping a one ounce package with UPS? Check the cost on it, somethink like $6. Sending small packages is only good through USPS.

Actually, geocities sometimes won't allow a direct link from other sites. Just copy and paste the link and it will work.

BTW, just visit e*Bay if your that desperate for a case badge. I just picked up a plastic domed AMD XP one (looks like the real thing) for $3 free shipping. Just do a search for case sticker and you should find tons.

You know, Newegg service may be ok, but I reeally am offended by the way they charge for shipping for items like this. I was going to order a MB and CPU from them, but now I am going to order from SavingXoom, and pay 20$... go ahead and flame me, im sorry I dont have the blind loyalty some of you do.

I personally have no blind loyalty. Newegg is a good and proven place to shop with prices that can be used to go by, instead of pricewatch, for example.
However, newegg's had its share of problems with me. One day I ordered me a 1.33Ghz TBird for them, and it actually exploded inside the socket. I don't know what the problem was, but it exploded and split in halves. It was perfectly clear that the CPU was exposed to extreme heat, rather than having been thrown or dropped.
So, I call them up to see if I can arrange anything, not expecting much anyway. I'm told that they will RMA this CPU without any problems and thinking that I explained the problem perfectly well to the customer service rep, I just mailed the processor back to them and thought everything would be fine. A week and a half later, I call, they tell me the processor hasn't arrived etc., although I knew it did. To make a long story short, they walked me around for about a month only to send me back the broken CPU, with the explanation that they couldn't replace it. When I called them up and spoke with the manager, I totally flamed him and literally cursed the $hit out of him for being a dumb$hit and telling me all this time that they didn't get the processor I sent.
I never expected them to replace the processor in the first place, but they shouldn't have wasted my time like they did.

Sorry this is slightly OT.

<< If you read the description of the 250 pack of nVidia stickers, you'll see that they are 7" x 7". >>

so it's thick stack of papers.. eh? and that costs $5 to ship it, but those tiny one 1"x1" sticker costs $6.. great

"If you read the description of the 250 pack of nVidia stickers, you'll see that they are 7" x 7". "

Good point!
I didn't notice that.
Could stick one to the table & call it a mouse pad!?!?!?!?

" If they even do ship to us ther will make us pay dearly for what has to be the crappiest shipping method in the world. USPS."

I think USPS only delivers APO,FPO,& SFO mail to military facilities in New York, San Francisco,
Dallas, & Miami.
I think the military actually takes it from there.

It helps when people use the right Zip code instead of just guessing & writing anything down.
Remember write clearly.
Don't forget the Customs Declaration and if it's over a certain size & weight
YOU MUST Mail the package in person (FAA rules) due to airline/flying restrictions.
Lord help you if it becomes "Loop mail".
If you're unit moves before it's delivered & the return address can't be read,
it might bounce around awhile before it finds you. (literally)

I don't know why it should be much higher to ship since the military actually
does the "hop" overseas? Maybe foreign governments charge for customs inspections?

<< the size for the 250pk sticker is 7" x 7"
that's a big sticker.

It's for when you want to put it on the windshield of your car. You know, like the Mugen or the Razo Racing stickers, 'cept this is NVidia....woooooo...😀

<< Run faster that a starving FAT BITCH IN SOMALIA! >>

How often do you see anyone fat in somalia? 🙂

<< How to get NVIDIA CASE STICKERS FREE!!!

1: Walk calmly into your local STAPLES store... (or any place that sells computers for that fact)

2: Browse there selection till you see a computer with an NVIDIA STICKER on it.... (the one I saw was a Compaq)

3: Make sure you have a guy for lookout and a good GET-AWAY DRIVER because the next step is risky.

4: Slowly, without alerting other customers or employees, PEEL THE Nvidia STICKER off the case.

5: Run faster that a starving FAT BITCH IN SOMALIA! Get the the car and drive like hell!

All will be worth it though!!! Everyone will know how you get a steady 100fps when playing Counter-Strike for 36 continuous hours....... because now, all of your lame/1337 friends will bow down to your feet when they see the specatale that graces the from bezel of your case. Your NVIDIA LOGO.... 😉

I'm thinking that comment about FAT BITCH IN SOMALIA isn't exactly appropriate. It's actually kind of rude and and distasteful.

But on the other hand that's exactly what I did at my Office Depot the other day. Stupid me I was stealing Windows XP and AMD stickers too, and was slapping them on my credit card to store, but the nVidia sticker is made of paper! So when I peeled it off my credit card it pretty much ripped apart. Lame
