NewEgg canceled the 5 DVD-Rs that accompanied my NEC 3500A

While, yes, they were technically free, I have done a lot of business with NewEgg and have yet to received a single "companion" aka "combo special" aka "customer appreciation gift"

If it's that big of a deal, just send the item back or dispute the charge to your CC company. Technically your purchase included the DVDs so if you didn't receive them, you aren't obligated to pay for the order...

I didn't call and I will be happy when the credit actually shows up on credit card. As of now, full price already charged.
