Newegg and monitor returns

Does anyone here happen to know for sure if Newegg lets you return an LCD monitor if your not happy with it? I know there would be a restocking fee.

However when I try to get an RMA number off their website, it doesn't let me get one, even though its been 1.5 weeks since I received it. I was told by Newegg before I purchased it that I could return it.

This will tick me off if I can't.
 
Seems I recall:
** This item is warranted through the product manufacturer only.
**Dead Pixels Policy: Replacement or Refund for 8 or more dead pixels only.
on every LCD they sell.

My monitor isn't defective that I'm aware of, but I emailed them before I even purchased the monitor asking them specifically what you quoted above means, and if I could return it if I didn't like it. Except I see no option for letting me do that online. Here is what they replied back about my question (before I placed the order).

"Dear Customer,

Customer's are able to return the monitors if they are unsatisfied with it but it must be within 30 days from date of purchase . There would be a restocking fee applied to the return. "
 
You can in fact return it, as I did mine, but it will cost you the restocking fee, and you ship it yourself, all in all I paid a hefty price 😉

may be better off trying to sell it in the forum's
