It's been working just fine for me...but sadly, I'm seriously underwhelmed by this year's BF and CM sales.

Nothing "OUTSTANDING!," nothing really any different than any of the other bazillion retailers have...same merchandise, same prices, only slight reductions in normal selling prices.

Yeah nothing good this year at all. I got a jersey for 25% off and free shipping but nothing to be amazed over.

Just woke up, any decent under $199 deals?

Best deal I saw for under $199 was not on Newegg. It was an amazon deal for a Samsung 850 EVO SSD - 500GB for $130 bucks. Newegg's deal on the same drive was $20 higher. Still a good deal (compared to SSD prices historically), but why pay more for something amazon is selling for less with prime shipping:?

Also - at the risk of my man card I'll say that the Ann Taylor Loft site is offering 50% off everything on the site. My wife loves that store so I managed to pick up quite a few pieces for her at reasonable prices.

I have waaaaaaaay too many SSD's but that's a decent deal. If it ever hits $99 I'll probably get one.

I'll sucker through my 120GB SSD for another year... I need a reasonable size (500GB+) for a reasonable price (<$100). Until then, fuck it - I can wait another year and suffer through watching my main drive space.

Same here. 4x1tb in my main pc, 1tb in one laptop, 500gb in another laptop, 500gb in my MBP and I sold 2 1tb ssds and still have 2 spares. I went SSD nuts a few months ago.

I went SSD nuts at the wrong time, BF/CM 2014 bought a bunch of 120GB for about $65 each now 250GB are the same price. Rinse and repeat.

Still not fixed. Only see the promotional email page like OP. Clicking various links from there I can reach the Newegg Premier eligibility page and the AMEX deals page. Otherwise Newegg's site is unreachable.

I just checked again too, and the site is still unreachable. I just can't believe Newegg has managed to screw their site up so thoroughly! I have to think that Cyber Monday is going to be followed by Unemployed Tuesday for whoever is found culpable.

I actually know quite a few people who work there. None in the IT department though lol.

Actually it was the 840, not the 850, and yet they sold like hotcakes.

Same issue in Firefox: Every link on the page took me right to the same promo page.

Switched to IE: Worked fine.

Yeah, maybe.
Bad times for someone in IT.

At least when Target was "down" early this AM, there was a message saying they were swamped and were working on it, and then it came back very quickly. (Although when I did place a pick-up order just to get the 15% online discount, for some unknown reason I was unable to get past the "enter credit card info" page of the ordering process and ended up having to use the Paypal option (with the same cc) just because that did work.)

Newegg, on the other hand, was just a complete mess for me. At first I couldn't get past that front page of the email link for a few hours running, then I could for a little while, midday (and saw nothing of great interest in the brief time I spent perusing the listings), and then I couldn't get past that front page again another hour or so after that. At which point I went away from the Interwebs until about 1AM and didn't even bother trying to get back to the site for the rest of the "day".) Oh well, didn't seem like any great loss. But definitely weird.

Target's exclusion list essentially said it it used electrons to work then it was excluded. Kind of reminded me of the Guitar Center sale ads where the list is so long they could create a shorter list by simply stating what is included.

 How does an "exclusion list" fit into this thread?
