A friend is setting up a RAID 0 system but having a funny problem, so I am just wondering if anyone could post some useful links or infos on how to setup a RAID 0 system?
He's pretty sure he got all the hardware installed coorect. But it takes almost 8 hours to just install Windows XP...is that normal or what? Is there any tricks or rules that he must do before he can get this thing to work?
He is using two 60gig ATA133 Maxtor HDs, ASUS motherboard, a PCI RAID controller, 256 SDRAM, Celeron 1.3gig overclocked to 1.6gig
