Newbie Question, What is FW?

I have recently stumbled across this forum and want to first thank all of you for your great deal posts.
I work in a large IT department and have turned many coworkers onto your great forum.

I have seen in several posts the mention of a web site as FW. I don't want to break the forum rules, but can anyone give me a hint to what site this is? Maybe a hint to what I could search for in GOOGLE to find it?

Any help would be appreciated.
