I am about to get a AMD 64 3200+ and Gigabyte ULi M1698 mobo. (it is cheap and reliable, according to anand + I need to keep my AGP card)

Anyway...........
If I only have DDR400 RAM, can I still overclock AMD 64? (that's assume it can run at 250mhz)

Does the mobo nowadays able to run at Async speed?
