Newbie question here about ATX Standards for Power Supplies

A newbie here.

What's the difference between a ATX12V and an ATX2.04 power supply? Or am I mixing up numbers and it should be an ATX2.03 power supply?

Or more to the point, which ATX standard would i need for the new P4 Northwoods?

Thanks

For a Pentium4 you need an ATX 2.03 power supply (or later) and this includes the extra 12V connector to the motherboard.
