Any of the Thermalright heatsinks (SLK, ALX series) would be good, matched up with the fan of your choice. DON'T get a Tornado unless you wear earplugs 24/7.

for about 60 bucks you can basically get the best heatsink and fan
but often times you might wanna save a bit, but i would still suggest getting something big and copper

like nick1985 suggested the thermalright slk-900 and the vantec tornado 80 or 90mm fan would be top of the line

Vantec Aeroflow, they're about $25. If ur really gonna up the vcore and have $60, go with the SLK models
