The stock answer for OC any P2/ P3/ P4 is to increase your FSB (Front Side Bus) speed. A P2 450 SHOULD be running at a stock FSB speed of 100 MHz. If your MB officially supports 133MHz FSB, I would just do that. If not officially supported, you are looking at either small jumps in FSB, or purchasing new stuff to allow overclocking.
 
I think the only way to OC a PII is raising the FSB. Since all the PII, PIII, etc have the multipliers locked.
Just like Kartajan said, if you need help, let us know what you got on ur system. Mother board, HSF, memory, etc.
But you gonna do it thru jumpers, increasing the FSB.

yep.. it sucks.. i have a p3 and i wish i could up the multiplyer

oh well.. i have the FSB set from 100 to 133mhz at 6xMulitplyer
