Newbie needs help with overclocking a AMD 1.3 gig processor please

i have a AMD Duron 1.3 gig processor, and i could use any and all help since this will be my first cluless attempt at this proceedure.
i wish to overclock it to the highest limit i can push it and appreciate any information anyone could give me

We need a little more information first. What kind of motherboard do you have, what speed RAM. Are you using stock cooling? Is the the old style 100Mhz FSB duron or a new one you just purchased?
