I just got an nforce2 board from chaintech, and was wondering, how do i overclock sys-memory, I see something like

Memory speed: 100%, 120%, 140%,etc... Is that it
Why adjusting multiplier is better...raising fsb increases bus speed....
Can anyone give me some website with a bios guide?

Run your memory at 100%. Raising your FSB to overclock will give you a better increase than raising the multiplier. I this I saw a bios guide at Lostcircuits.com. Peace.
