newb memory timings question

Hi I figure most of you are familiar with memory timings., so could someone please explain it to me?

I often see memory timings like 2-3-2 -6 or 2-3-2 -6-1T. What does each number mean (mainly, what BIOS setting is what - I know what most of them do but I never figured out the order and couldn't find it when I googled it either).
