Why are there two different types of power plugins on the back of my Raptor. One regular one and another really thin one that looks like the SATA connector but longer.
which one do i use?

 
You are suppose to use either or but not both at once. I kinda forget which I used at the moment (think it was the sata power and not the normal 4 pin molex) but it's probably not a good idea to plug them both in at the same time.
 
It specifically states not to do that on the drive!

Use the molex. I really don't know why a hard drive needs 3.3v. 3/2 transformers come in as small as SMT anyway.
