And here I thought we were already winning between keeping the 55mph speed limit on our highways for years after the federal embargo ended, the no cell phone while driving law, and the no smoking at any business that has employees that aren't in the family.

Also, I'm pretty sure this is a huge problem in the very, very large cities of upstate.
